I'm so happy with these guys - local knowledge, find me good tenants, and very responsive to issues. I live remotely and I trust them to handle things for me. Worry free property management is worth it's weight in gold! They also give great advice on insurance and repairs. Highly recommend them.

As the title states, I have no complaints. They always respond to email enquiries. The property is to the expected standard and the moving process was smooth. The only thing I can say was so great, was the process of installing NBN. It was just slow for them to give me a definite answer as to whether I had permission to install it or not.
